What type of booth will you be maintaining for this event?
Vendor Spaces Will be available in 10'x10' outdoor plots. Please indicate the number of spaces requested.

What does a vendor booth include?
A 10×10 ft outdoor space . Access to shared electricity via propane powered generator is limited (add $25). Bring your own tables, chairs, and canopy.
How much are booth fees and when are they due?
Early-Bird: $100 (until March 31 2026). Standard: $125. Full payment due upon acceptance (within 7 days of approval).
No refunds after March 31 2026.
How much are food truck fees and when are they due?
Early-Bird: $125 (until March 31 2026). Standard: $175. Full payment due upon acceptance (within 7 days of approval).

What can I sell?
Handmade crafts, art, fantasy goods, books, apparel, jewelry, and small-batch food (non-competing with Food Truck Row). —no mass-produced imports.
How many vendors will be accepted?
50–80 total vendors will be accepted dependent on space and number of spaces reserved per vendor.
What’s the expected foot traffic and sales potential?
3,000–5,000+ attendees are expected (attendance estimates are not a guarantee).
